Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings (whether made online, by telephone or otherwise) and all agreements for the provision of services by Natasha Itzcovitz. Proceeding with any booking means you have read and accepted the following terms.
Definitions
“We” or “Us” means Natasha Itzcovitz;
“Services” includes Style Personality, Wardrobe Edit, Personal Shopping, Mini Personal Shop, Online Personal Shop, Colour & Body Analysis, Colour Party and any other Personal Styling services provided to you by Natasha Itzcovitz;
“Client” or “You” means any person who contracts with Natasha Itzcovitz for the provision of Services.
Discovery Calls
The discovery “Call” is a mandatory introductory video Call for first-time customers. Calls last up to 15 minutes, currently offered free of charge. A unique link to join the Call will be sent prior to the appointment. Please provide as much notice as possible if you require to cancel or postpone an agreed Call. Any latecomers or no-shows may forfeit their right to a free Call in future.
Payments & Refunds
All payments must be made at the time of booking, in advance of the session. An invoice inviting bank transfer will be supplied at the time of booking. (Online payment can be facilitated for international clients.) Payment is required to secure the appointment and is non-refundable. No booking is secure without full payment and time slots remain open on a first-come-first-served basis. If any appointment is cancelled it will be forfeited. However, if notified with at least 72 hours notice, payments are transferrable to another date. Charges apply for any overtime, schedule depending. The Services provided do not guarantee any specific results and are entirely dependent on your participation. Results will vary.
Subscribers to any membership plan must pay prior to the month start by BACS or Direct Debit. All memberships have a 3-month minimum subscription period. Any cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next month start. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Gift vouchers may only be exchanged for Services and no cash rebate will be made for appointments shortened at your request.
Stores
We do not act as an agent for any of the stores/brands to which we may introduce you or accompany you for shopping. Contracts for the purchase of goods are between you and the relevant store and the terms and conditions of sale and requirements regarding price, returns, defects and all other issues will be such as the store may impose or as you may agree with the store. We have no liability for the quality, condition or performance of any goods which you may purchase during, or as a result of, the provision of Services by the Natasha Itzcovitz.
Location
In-person services are offered for clients in London (UK). Services including but not limited to Colour & Body Analysis and Wardrobe Edits are typically held at the client’s home. Other venues such as hotel accommodation or workplaces are also accepted. Please note, we do not have a private venue of our own to host your session.
Services including but not limited to Personal Shopping are typically held at a location agreed in advance with access to appropriate stores.
If you are located outside of London or the UK, every effort will be made to facilitate your needs. Additional travel costs apply.
All online services including but not limited to Style Personality, Wardrobe Edits and Personal Shopping are open to clients anywhere in the world. A device with internet connection, camera and microphone is required.
Cancellations, Postponement & Lateness
If you require to reschedule or postpone an appointment you must give us no less than 72 hours notice before the appointment is due to start. Failure to do so may result in the appointment being cancelled and forfeited.
In the event that you are running late to a session, please ensure you keep us updated. A late fee may apply. Charges apply for any overtime, schedule depending.
Should we/Natasha require to rearrange the appointment for any reason (e.g. due to illness) we will communicate this to you in advance of the appointment and all payment will be transferred towards the rearranged session.
Safety & Behaviour
By participating in any service or subscription, whether in-person or online, you agree not to engage in any inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to the following:
• that breaches these Terms;
• that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, discriminatory or fraudulent;
• that infringes or breaches someone else’s rights, including their intellectual property rights.
Style Subscriptions
Any-time Messaging permits a total of 60 minutes of Natasha’s time per month via pre-agreed messaging service. Leftover minutes do not rollover into the next month. Messages will be replied to within 48 hours. This service is designed only for fashion styling purposes. If any messaging is deemed by Natasha to be improper, we reserve the right to terminate the service at any time. Any inappropriate behaviour will be reported to the authorities. For privacy terms, please refer to the relevant policies supplied by the messaging service.
Gift Vouchers & Experiences
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. If you wish to postpone an appointment they must inform us no less than 72 hours before the appointment is due to start, as per Cancellations, Postponement & Lateness above.
Covid-19
For in-person services, all participants must take a Covid test and result negative within 48 hours of the appointment. Any other government guidance at the time must also be adhered to. If self-isolation rules impact the scheduled appointment, the session may be rearranged as per Cancellations & Postponements above. To do this, please contact [email protected].
